RT/VID: The fight to end government testing on chimps

Animal Rights supporters scored a major victory recently when the Great Ape Protection Act passed through a key Senate Committee. This Act would end invasive testing on chimps.
Their battle isn't over though. About 1,000 government-owned chimps are held across the U.S. for experimentation. This bill would retire many of chimps to a sanctuary.
Elizabeth Kucinich, Director of Government Affairs for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine joined Jane to talk about the progress of this Act.
